| Auction Order Form |
| 1. |
How? |
|
You can bid for the vehicle at various Japanese car auction houses through
us as we are the member of all Japanese auction houses.
Purchasing vehicles at the auction houses directly in
Japan is the cheapest and reliable way. We can serve
as your auction agent and bid on vehicles on your behalf
at the auctions. |
 |
|
|
| 2. |
What's the advantage? |
|
|
| i. |
It will enable you to get
cars with lowest price because it is auction. You can
buy cars directly from seller through us at auction,
so there's no profit margin of intermediates. Also,
you don't need to pay double freight cost contrary to
importing cars from Dubai because the car price sold
in Dubai already include freight cost from Japan to
Dubai, of course. Also, cars sold in Dubai tend to be
rusty and bad because of salty moisture and sand. |
|
| ii. |
You can choose cars from huge
selection, 100,000 cars per week. You prefer MT? You
prefer after 1999 year? No problem. There are huge selection,
any color, any model.
|
|
| iii. |
You can see detail information
of the car condition before you decide to bid. The information
gives you not only basic car info but also detail description
such as scratches, dent, accident repaired history if
any, "accurate" and "true" mileage,
equipment, fair rating (not self-righteousness rating),
etc. You can be sure that you are paying fair price
for the car considering all factors which affect its
price
|
|
| iv. |
We will provide you with all
information, including but not limited to, documents
from auction house which shows the price we bid on behalf
of you. You won't be cheated. |

Steps |
|
|
| i. |
To participate the auction,
one time security deposit, 100,000JP¥, is required. The reason
why you are asked to make security deposit is that if
you cancel the order, penalty has to be paid to the
auction house. Needless to say, the security deposit
is REFUNDABLE if you don't cancel your order.
We ask you not to cancel your order, because as another
penalty by the auction house, we cannot attend next
auction, therefore, we cannot bid for other clients.
This is much more serious for us rather than $800 penalty.
Because we strongly believe trust from clients is No.1
priority, on the other hand $800 is only small money
issue.
Anyway, if you are one time buyer, you may want to
apply the deposit to the car price. If you are a dealer
and plan to keep buying cars from time to time, it is
better for you to ask us keep the deposit in our account
to avoid extra bank charge and time per transaction.
Then, it is held in our account until you ask us to
return |
|
| ii. |
If there are cars/trucks you
want to bid, please inform us of your highest bid together
with auction location, lot number, car name and year.
Please inform us of your highest bid at least a day
before the auction date. |
|
| iii. |
We will bid for the car UP
TO your highest bid price on behalf of you. If the bid
would be successful at a lower price, the lower price
is applied, of course.
If your bid is not winning price, nothing happens. You
don't have to pay anything at all.
|
|
| iv. |
When your bid is successful,
you will need to complete the payment for your car,
including other charges, by the bank transfer within
48 hours after the issue of your invoice because we
have to pay for the car price to the auction house.
Please fax us the receipt of the remittance for confirmation.
Delay of your payment without notice may lead to cancellation
of your sales contract, in which case we will notify
you by email. (we should receive the fax confirmation
sheet within 48 hours and for the actual payment it
takes 2-5 days to reach our account). Then we will start
to arrange shipment.
Your offered bid will be considered as car price only.
Other charges such as 5% Japanese consumer tax (like
VAT), inland delivery, shipping expense, and agent fee
will be charged on top of your successful bid.
